Do we ever evaluate progress?
Yes. We can do this anytime during our work together. An essential aspect of your experience is if you are getting the help and support that you want and need. Often, I schedule quick evaluations quarterly with clients to review progress and assess what areas of your world you still want to address. You may also at any time ask me questions about our work and the direction we are headed.
How long does therapy take?
There is no way to know. Many of my clients develop a long-term relationship with me and move in and out of their schedule and focus points. Addressing personal issues, history and patterns is a life-long process.
